The coal industry is managed by Wujiu Group, a holding subsidiary of our company, and its main business is coal mining and sales. The product is Long Flame Coal, which is mainly used as raw materials for power generation, heat supply and chemical industry. The Wujiu group has the capacity of 1.5 million tons of No.1 well of Yaxing Branch and 1.2 million tons of Shengli Coal Mine (the capacity of safety production license in 2021 is 1.5 million tons/year).

The company was funded by Shanghai Sundiro Investment Co., Ltd., AVIC International Aviation Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Rongchun Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total investment of the company is 300 million yuan, of which AVIC Development accounts for 45% of the shares; Sundiro Investment accounts for 45% of the shares; Shanghai Rongchun holds 10% of the shares.
